Hi, my name is Katrina Van Orsdel and this web site is dedicated to my mother, Maria Van Orsdel. I am her second daughter. I am currently a junior attending Westminster Chrisitian School. Maria
Esperanza Solis, my mother, was born in Havana, Cuba on March
16, 1961. After living in Cuba for only 6 months, she moved to Miami,
Florida
in
the
United
States. She attented Saint Peter and Paul Elementary School and La Salle
High School. At age 26, she met her future husband, Donald Van Orsdel
in September of 1986. Finally April 10, 1987 they were married.
